Nature as
visual language.
A fine-art nature photography portfolio, shaped by rhythm, form and emotion.
Fine-art and abstract nature photography
From recognition
to abstraction
and back again.
My fine-art nature photography moves between recognisable animals and abstract natural forms. A flock of birds becomes a line; a mushroom or a beetle becomes a sculptural study. Light, framing and negative space connect these photographs, made since 2018 across different places and seasons.
Selected works are available for gallery exhibitions and fine-art prints. The same way of looking runs through From nature to art, my nature photography book, which brings 112 photographs together in one sequence.
