Ordering and payment

The shop contains the Standard and Limited editions of From nature to art and fine-art prints. Prints are currently available only in the test shop, with provisional prices and finishes. Prices are in euros and include VAT. Before payment, you can review the products, quantities, shipping and total. Mollie processes payment through Lemon Holding BV’s separate Alex Pansier profile. Your order is prepared after payment is confirmed.

Delivery

Book shipping costs €4.95 within the Netherlands, €9.95 to the supported remaining EU countries and €19.95 to the supported international destinations. Prints ship directly from the print lab. The cart calculates shipping costs based on destination, finished size, finish and quantity. Prints cannot be shipped to Israel. Orders containing books and prints include both shipping charges. The checkout country list shows available destinations. You will be notified when your order ships. Local import duties and taxes may apply outside the EU.

Returns

For an online purchase, you may notify us that you wish to withdraw within 14 days of receiving the products. Email your order number to info@alexpansier.com, then return the products within 14 days of your notice. You pay the return shipping costs. For a return of the complete order, the purchase price and original standard delivery costs are refunded; we may wait until the products are returned or you provide proof of return. Handle the products carefully; use beyond inspection may result in a deduction for loss of value.

Damage or an incorrect delivery

If the delivery is damaged or incorrect, contact info@alexpansier.com with your order number and details. Your statutory consumer rights continue to apply.

Order information

We use your contact details and address to process your order, payment, delivery and any return. Mollie processes payment and TransIP hosts the website. Payment card details are not stored in this shop. For questions about your information, email info@alexpansier.com.
